Can I use my own photographs?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, or drag an image file onto the case. Images are processed on your device. Only use photographs and artwork you own or have permission to use.
How do I move around the 3D preview?
After selecting Review in 3D, drag to rotate through 360 degrees. Right-drag, or choose Pan, to move the view. Scroll or pinch to zoom. Pan and zoom are limited to keep the case in sight, and Reset view brings it back to the starting position.
Where are my saved designs?
Your editor draft stays on this device. Sign in to sync your design bag across devices. Download an editable design file for a separate backup.
Can I order a case now?
Choose designs from your bag and enter your delivery address at checkout. When the shop is open, pay by bank transfer using the order reference. Payment is confirmed manually after the transfer arrives.
